A passionate North Coast local with first-hand knowledge and experience traversing the beautiful North Coast, Tanya now considers many foodie businesses and tourism operators from the Tweed through to the Manning Valley her friends. She loves experiencing the Coast & Hinterland with her family, friends & the family pooch ‘Luna’!

Nichole is our foodie guru! If you want the goods, Nichole is your go to foodie extraordinaire with connections up & down the east coast in the foodie scene & seafood industry. Nichole has been involved in the hospitality industry for years, creating pop up cooking demo’s and providing recipe ideas to punters, she is our very own Master Chef! Having lived in the UK and throughout Australia, Nichole has returned to the East Coast, sharing her love of food & nature with Taste North Coast.
